We had one more unusual expedition to Altai to celebrate my 55^th birthday; I felt that this idea will attract people who will move to Altai to become citizens of Altai and the planet. When it was over, we put questions to ourselves for becoming aware of what was happening and what the next landmarks were for us:

- What is this expedition for me?

- What changes have I got in my body, soul, and spirit?

- What will we do together?

- What will I personally do for our common dream?

• What is this expedition for me?

"It is a new step of my life path, allowing me to obtain new facets: feelings, understandings, joy, conscious actions, and ability to interrelate and add each other.

• What changes have I got in my body, soul, and spirit?

I have got health in my body, I have got silent joy in my soul, I have got confidence in my spirit.

• What will we do together?

We will learn to hear each other, to feel each other, to accept each other, and to carefully and tenderly treat each other and the soul of every human being. We will learn to cooperate by understanding what is happening and why, to be conscious of all our thoughts actions and events.

• What will I personally do for our common dream?

I take my responsibility for:

- creating my personal plan in the framework of "Culture of Creation" project.

- cooperation with youth movements

- creating concert program and Events Calendar"

So, we decided to celebrate my 55^th jubilee on the road and had our Life Celebrating expedition to Uimon Valley and Ust-Kan. We created our schedule to travel: Novosibisrk - Biysk - Chuysky village Altai region - Ust-Kan region - Ust-Koksa region - Biysk - Novosibirsk. We created this grand name for the expedition as we all felt that we are creating a new bridge for all our actions for Altai and the planet. Resonance started immediately as I got a letter from Rene Wadlow from France telling me that Takeshi Utsumi from Japan and Carol Hiltner and Linda from USA would soon arrive to Novosibirsk. They work for distant education to be spread all over Altai and the world.

Novosibirsk - Legendary meeting

There are different life signs showing us the road... This day we took part in an international meeting with Takeshi Utsumi, Carol and Linda conducted at the Siberian Academy of Government Service. The theme was ALTAI! Tyasto. We were the three of us - Raisa Zharova, Galina Chernyakova and I. This meeting was a real gift for all of us. Following Rene's advice I came up to Dr. Utsumi and we discovered our common aims and agreed to act together for Altai and the planet. I met a really planetary thinking and acting man. He arrived in Siberia to systematically create a project to include Altai Republic into a Global University System allowing people of all nationalities to be educated through distance. It will allow Altai Republic to be a model of wireless internet territory to connect everybody with everybody. Listening to Takeshi, Carol and Linda I thought about the beauty of our cooperation to unite all parts of our small planet.

Takeshi spoke about the key quest - HOW to live in a New World, how to put off borders between oceans. He spoke about the moral principles of future society to be based on the creativity of YOUTH. I was also happy to hear him speaking about the role of wanderers in this New Time: "I've been living in America for 50 years, though I am devoted to Japan". Then he gave a bright example of Russians who immigrated to America and promoted the development of America. I felt him paving the road for the new wanderers for Altai and other places of the planet. For during all these years of our social and cultural work at Altai, both the government and some of citizens of Altai have been wondering why we should take care of it, if we live in other places. Listening to Takeshi, I felt joyful as we had even almost one and the same symbol, we have "Altai - Planet" and he has "Altai Mir" project. I could not but feel gratitude for this meeting, and for his lesson on how to manage projects at governmental-public level.

Listening to Takeshi, I also felt this wireless internet step would be a necessary step before the people of Earth get to the telepathic level. The two women in his team were a great example of male-female harmony. Carol and Linda added to his vision with their thoughts and a step by step algorithm of actions for everybody to be included in the project. They said about Takeshi: "He creates History". And I thought about Talgat and his great team, that they also create Legend. Everybody takes part in this New Time Legend. The question is if they do it consciously or not?. I thought about the necessity to act together.

It was a great coincidence that we were leaving for Altai on the same day. So, we changed our plans and decided to take part in the government meeting in Gorno-Altaisk as Takeshi invited us to be as a joint team.

Biysk - Chuisky village

ALTAI GATES

Again we were going to Altai... What were we moved by? Intuition and inner knowledge saying that we should visit Altai before we go to Brazil to take part in the 2^nd planetary congress on biospheric rights. We again felt that we should inject new energy to our team and our own understanding of the ways of realization of our dream for creating an Altai Cultural Community for a United World. This time we were going together with my friends: Raisa Zharova from Gorny village of Novosibirsk region, again Oleg Aristarhov - a singer from Krasnoyarsk region, Galina Chernyakova who, like me, was also born in Zabaykalye.

We started our trip by visiting Galina and Alexey Sotnokovs family in Chuisky village - 20 km from Biysk on the way to Altai Mountains. Last time we spoke, they said that they would love to create the "Gates to Altai" complex as the first one on the chain of ethno cultural complexes on the way to AKKEM.

For two days we created our paradise of relationships, dreaming about Altai future, celebrating my birthday, having Banya, swimming in the lake, singing, creating silent communication.

Helena Zhigulskaya "Golden Way" center director, invited us to meet her team and the participants to her seminar. Some more young people came to themselves by obtaining a new vision of their life and mission.

"It is the opening of the new, meeting Altai and its people, meeting other villages.

Everything changed so profoundly as if all I have been experiencing was a preparation, and now this is take off!

Gorno-Altaisk

In the morning we swam in the icy lake, laid a beautiful table and created our collective project work for AKKEM project. Then we had a miracle. Larisa Mihnevskaya joined us. The miracle was that she was from Ukraine to take part in our summer Mountains school by Akbashev, and stayed on in Biysk to go to Gorno-Altaisk with us, and we spoke about the connection of the Black Sea with Altai to be in one network of mountainous territories.

We arrived at Gorno-Altaisk to Sergey and Ludmila Polyakovs family. All evening long we were spoke about Slavs as the ancient Altai inhabitants and about the future youth complex. Sergey suggested creating it in Kosh-Agach region. And there was a great invisible work of putting borders out of our hearts off and bringing hearts together. We went to bed thinking about tomorrow's meeting in Altai Government.

Gorno-Altaisk

The international meeting started at 11 o'clock. We met many Altai friends there. We were very happy to meet Carol, as she also was meant to leave Novosibirsk because she had a limited visa. But both, our team and she, seemed to be meant to be at that very place with those very people. Again we listened to Takeshi Utsumi and Carol and Linda. I thought that it was time for such people to be at Altai here and now. When Takeshi finished his wonderful presentation about wireless internet and distant education, he came up to me and handed me his book. I opened it and saw Federico Mayor’s greeting words. I thought about the wonder of putting together all planetary conscious creative forces on our small planet. I also presented our "Harmonious Era Calendar" to Takeshi Utshumi and Oleg Valerievitch Ageev - chief manager of Altai Government, to pass it to the head of the Government. We had a short but profound talk about our cooperation for creating a network of informational centers and Altai-Planet project. We also spoke with Linda about including our project into their UN program for averting cataclysms. And again I had a great feeling of all the fantastic dreams to be realized, as I felt her to be a UN woman we needed so much.

The result of the meeting was to support Takeshi's idea and it was a bright lesson to learn the ways of actions in cooperation and harmony. Inspired by this meeting we went to El-Kurultai to visit Larissa's relative! She appeared to be a secretary of El-Kurultai voting commission. We agreed to create a joint "Republic School for young social organizers" with Altai Republic financing. I felt gratitude to Altai spirit for His support. It was felt also by the great shining sunny weather, as Altai presented all its colors to us. And this unbelievable Beauty followed us during the entire trip...

This very day we hired a taxi and left for Ust-Koksa. 5 hours flew very quickly and joyfully, as we had peace and solemn joy, feeling Altai spirit's blessing and support all the time. I thought about Brazil and the necessity to do many prep things for that - such as Talgat's and my own presentations, concert program and papers. But at the same time I realized that this very expedition was very much needed to attract the situation for us together - José Argüelles and Planet 3000 team - to better see our coordinated steps towards our common dream for creating the international Altai Center. Late at night we arrived at Ust-Koksa and Nina and Anatoly's house.

Ust-koksa

We arrived on the day of the15th anniversary celebration of Katun reserve. We were invited by Nadezhda Openisheva to join her and take part in this anniversary celebration. We realized that it was very meaningful to join Altai people and all our friends. At 12 o'clock, Zhanna Irodova - a beautiful starover young woman who was the first to invite me to Ust-Koksa region, opened the ceremony. There was the head of Ust-Koksa region, Sergey Grechushnikov, and head of Ust-Koksa reserve, Alexander Sateev, speaking. We also congratulated them and spoke about their wonderful people and opportunities for cooperation. Oleg and I sang a Russian fork song for them, feeling the beauty of the strong people living at Altai.

Then we visited a photo exhibition by Andrey Gerbert from Novosibirsk. Wonderful marvelous Altai views were bringing thoughts about the beauty of people's souls and I imagined a book telling about people and events taking place at Altai for its great future. Human beings and nature are one.

At 15.00. we moved to Katun reserve for the opening ceremony of AIL (it is the national Altai house). It was designed by our old but young friend, great master and architect Vasily Otrishko. We spoke with Elexander Zateev about our cooperation for conducting our joint expedition in Ust-Koksa region in 2007. We were told that in a year there will be a folk festival, "Altai courses", and spoke about ways of cooperation for youth programs. Remembering the "task" given in Uimon Valley - to sing - we again sang together with Oleg. A man came up to me and invited us to visit his Ognevka village and promised to have us meet with starovers. At the end of the day there was Banya celebration prepared by the loving hands of Anatoly Prudnikov.

Ust-Koksa- AKKEM

The sun was shining and presented us with the fathomless blue of the sky. It was the day to go to Akkem (the second time for me and the first time for the rest). We went by two cars - Natasha Ivanova with her small "Niva" car and Andrey Gelbert in his big "dzhip"(jeep) car. We were accompanied and guided by Nadezhda Openisheva and had our small warrior-grandson Peter with us.

It was a bewitching trip. When I saw the two cars as if from above, I felt the mystery of this trip, for this time we were going together with people from Ust-Koksa region. Last time it was Svetlana Matina from Ust-Kan, our Altai Mother, guiding us. The road was especially charming when we were riding along the shore of Katun River from Tyungur to Turgunda. Katun was a beautiful 'woman' (Katun means a woman) shining with unbelievable and never seen before great colours - from all shades of azure to violet! I had a feeling of a magic Kingdom of the future, waiting for its magicians and enchantresses to arrive. We left our cars and in silence we crossed the Turgunda mountain river and climbed the small mountain opposite the deserted Akkem village. I leave for your hearts capable to see the future, to feel what was happening. We were 5: Nadezgda Openisheva, Nina Prudnikova, Raisa Zharova, Galina Chernyakova and Oleg Aristarhov. Nataly Ivanova, Andrew Gilbert and their two children, Dima and Peter, were waiting for us in Turgunda place.

On the way back, we again dived into the miracle of movement along Katun river with Her charming colors and feeling of a nature kingdom waiting for us and people from all over the world to come and create a dream that was meant to be realized according to a High Scenario.

When we arrived at the Prudnikov's house in Ust-Koksa, there was a moving scene - a young Visokov's family was waiting for us at the gates - Alexander, Svetlana and their small daughter Nastya. We had a great evening and supper together and I was touched by the love story of this young couple. They consciously moved to Altai and gave birth to a child, though they had been told that they could not be able to have babies. But the main thing is that they coincidentally met in the train, when they were small children and were traveling each with their own parents. They both felt fear for all people who were in the train as it was going to pass though a big and roaring tunnel and they decided to embrace and feel their LOVE. It happened that they saved the train by embracing and their love as the next train to pass was wrecked in that very tunnel... We all were speaking and feeling the ways of our further actions and answered the questions to ourselves: "Why am I here? What can we do together?"

Ust-Koksa - Ognevka - Zamulta - Nizhniy Uimon

Early in the morning, Oleg and I went to Ognevka village to visit a man whom we promised to see at the Koksa reserve celebration. It was a great experience of meeting and closely knowing the hospitable people of this village, as we left the address we needed and thought that we were right by visiting the house of a man who worked at Koksa Reserve. We met a family who greeted and received us; we had tea together and they invited us to their Silver Wedding Anniversary. They expressed their eagerness to accommodate our next Altai expedition in 2007. So, we can really prove to everybody what loving hearts people who live in Altai have.

This very day we also went to Zamulta village to see the house and the land for the youth camp. Nickolay Makarov was selling the land and I promised to come in September. I had no money at the moment but I felt that I should follow the stream of life to fulfill the mission for creating a youth camp. So, we hired a mini bus to reach Zamulta by the end of the day.

The sun was still shining when we arrived at Nickolay and Zinaida Makarovs house and we immediately went to the needed place. We all liked it very much and created an image of youth camp and info center to be situated there in the near future. Nickolay told me the price and I surprised myself when I told that in October we would buy it. I had no money as I said, but I felt that money would appear if this was the right place. The sun blessed all of us as we stood at this land and imagined young people from all over the world creating their camp and then taking care of this land and building their community. We visited Multa village and an artist family, Kapaev’s, and were happy to feel that we were now like relatives. I told them about Takeshi Utsumi project and asked for letters of support needed for this very step for the project to be developed. We invited all people we met to take part in our Altai expedition next summer and the youth camp.

It was dark already when we arrived at Nizhniy Uimon village. How could we not come, if Margarita Vasilyevna was waiting for us and cooked special biscuits for us? "Yesterday evening, Mother felt that you would arrive, and cooked all this", said Mikhail. I will always remember this simple example of mother's heart to wait for her "children" to come. We had limited time but we were really happy to meet at least for 20 minutes. I always remember the heroic deed of this Mother who has been living for 10 years alone with her son near the remote Altai Mountain, supporting her son and his dream about a future town to be built, predicted by Roerich. We left the tiny mountain house and as usual their dogs rushed barking as it was their work. I turned and saw Margarita blessing us and the road...

Ust-Koksa - Kirlik - Ust-Kan - Biysk

In the morning, I called the head of Verh-Uimon, Maria Dogotar, telling her that I could not come as we agreed because of two days delay of the international meeting in Gorno-Altaisk. I asked her to tell the children about it as we agreed with them about our coming when we stood near the helicopter. So, I left our Life is Celebration of creation presentation to be passed to her and we left Ust-Koksa. On the way back we met the head of youth camp "Belivodye", Polina Afanasiyevna Morozoca, and she asked for help for her youth camp. We invited her to take part in the expedition in the summer 2007, as we knew for sure that it would be quite a new step in her life and activity. I also asked her to pass our CD disc to the head of the region. Our parting in Prudnikov's family was joyful, as we knew that we were not going to part but we felt that "everything is only beginning" as we, Russians, say.

On the way back, we arrived at Kirlik village to meet our famous tyarlikcha and heartfelt friend Klara Kipchakova. She was waiting for us. So, we had one more celebration of creating the future. We sang and she played homus - an Altai instrument. It was a mystery of entering Altai's future. She saw all living creatures feeling joy in our Common Home to be created by all of us at Altai. "All - animals, birds, plants, wind, the sun, all living is joyful now", she said, after finishing playing the homus. Then we sang, Oleg and I: "There is light in my chamber... Mother will take a pail and silenly will bring water". She saw our common house - a clean, light house, and then she added: "When you were singing, I saw a tall man with white hair who will support you very much". I thought about José Arguelles and asked her if she saw him. She said no, then she gave me her Altai folk dress saying: "This white is mine, and that blue is yours". She put on her white Altai dress, presented to her by the former head of Altai Republic Mikhail Lapshin. We went in the open air and she "opened the road" to Brazil as she once did before my going to the UN in 2002.

We left for Ust-Kan where our great old friends Svetlana Matina and Zhanna An - our Altai 3000 coordinators, were waiting for us. A wonderful Altai dinner was waiting for us too, and sitting at the table I thought about Svetlana and Zhanna's dreams to be fulfilled as they both were and are real Altai Mother and daughter. Svetlana has her dream of creating one of the ethno cultural complexes by the name of ENE (in Altai language it means "mother") as she has her 19 hectares of land. And it is not by chance that her last name is Matina meaning "mother" in the Russian language.

From Ust-Kan village we went without stops to be in Biysk and be in time for our train to leave for Novosibirsk that very day. In Biysk, our Ukraine goddess Larisa and Altai hostess Katya Eshova were waiting for us. Katya had specially come from Onguday village to meet us and pass her project about creating a complex in Onguday region in the Altai network of our ethno cultural communities on the way to Akkem.

We got on the train feeling inner silent celebration, as we all felt that we had changed, that we fulfilled all we were meant to do and for what Altai had called us. We knew that we were one team together with all those who could not be physically with us, but we were together in spirit. Now I was ready to speak with Jose Arguelles about our Altai project. I was ready to present our "Planet 3000: earth is our Common Home" project at the 2^nd planetary congress in Brazil.
